The hotel is beautifully located on the promenade overlooking Fuerteventura, offering relaxing surroundings among palms. The rooms are kept in immaculate condition and very clean, with excellent air-con. The service, from cleaners to management, lacks training in customer service. The dining experience offers excellent quality but lacks variety. Facilities are adequate, but service could be improved.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, modern, and kept immaculately clean by the housekeeping team. The view of the lighthouse added a unique touch to the room, making it a cozy retreat. The service, although in need of some customer service training, was prompt and accommodating, covering various needs from car hire to laundry services. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, set among palm trees in a beautiful seafront area. The dining experience offered excellent quality dishes, although the choices were a bit limited. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
This hotel really surprised me with its giant, super comfy 7ft beds in the rooms and the lovely walk-in shower. The rooms also come with a free safe, which is a nice touch. However, there seems to be room for improvement in customer service throughout the hotel.
